Passports 90s vintage Skater Dress

Awesome unique short sleeve skater dress with side buttons. Has shoulder pads that I think can be removed if Desired. Fit and flare fit. The print is so cool. No zipper, just buttons on the sides. Tag does not say size but fits like a medium. Passports by Pier 1 (yes they had a clothing line at one time!) Measurements: Bust is 17” across, waist 15.5”, across, and length 37” No flaws.
