Hand stitched, with Egyptian cotton embroidery thread, a crescent moon with flowers on back and a setting sun for the front, railroad stripe patchwork and a lil mushy patch on bottom back leg. All on an amazing pair of 100% cotton vintage Big Mac overalls.
