A gorgeous vintage handmade neck pouch bag, with rainbow embroidery, sequins and crosshatch stitching on the back. Long rainbow ombré cord, just enough room inside for favorite stones or cards or other keepsakes. This beautiful little bag is made of black sturdy velour velvet, with a fold over clasp and measures about 4” x 5” Very unique, no signs of wear or use. True 1990s Vintage.
