Reposhing this item I purchased from @lizzietchambers. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Plus size flare skirt. 23” length. 100% cotton, no stretch. Unworn, still has the tags, black skirt, orange stars, orange and yellow crescent moons with faces. I never wore it because the waistband is loose on me, but it’s so cute I go back and forth on letting it go or keeping it and altering it to fit : P Flat waistband is about 24” across, with an elastic panel on the back so it will stretch another few inches. I usually wear a 24/26 on the bottom, with a 42” waist, and it’s quite loose on me. Back zip. It’s not explicitly Halloween, but it is black and orange, so it has the vibe. Questions?
