New but I tore the piece of the seam right at the bottom of the zipper in the back when I was trying it on. I am curvy with size 39-42 hips roughly. This is a size small and it fit me everywhere except around the hips. If you’re bottom heavy/curvy, it won’t fit. Purchased brand new from an Amanda Uprichard sample sale in NYC. Selling cheap due to the tear. There is no hole at all, just a bit of thread came undown and will cost no more than $10 to sew it up.
