Deep Maroon ribbed fabric wide bell panel skirt

This warm and soft maroon bell skirt has subtle black thread accents and architectural hems running horizontally slightly bellow the waist and vertically along the front. This is a fantastic Fall/Winter skirt with a cinch elastic waist and very dramatic wide bell flair. The tags have all been removed but it is amazingly soft and I believe it is mostly cotton with some spandex and likely a size Small. The textured ribbed fabric looks fantastic in person. I got this from a local boutique but I do not recall the brand. Measurements: Length -30” Waist- 22” with lots of stretch Widest part of bell laying flat approximately 50 1/2”
