It’s fully lined in cotton. The waistband is not quite 1/2 inch wide but it is made out of 100% silk . It’s a well made skirt with great style and fabrics. It has a side invisible zipper. I am noting the color is a reddish pink or some call it hot pink . It may appear red in some phones and laptops. The skirt is not red or anywhere near any red color.
