Vintage Evan-Picone Petites Midi Skirt Size 6 but fits more like a modern 2-4 Length approx 28.5" waist approx 13" Made in USA by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union Good vintage condition I can't find a material content tag but the outer skirt feels like a wool to me and the liner feels like polyester.
