Vintage white and black handbag, manufactured ca. 1980s/1990s created by Victoria Wieck of Beverly Hills. This bag has two exterior pockets, one zipper leather exterior with a silver/steel colored frame and hardware. It features a leather strap/handle with top closure that snaps the frame shut. The piece has one large pocket, and 3 smaller pockets (one with a zipper, which is functional).
