At first I thought this skirt was black but it is a very dark green color. Front zip and button. There are 2 markings on the waistband that I believe are from previous hanger. Size 20. Lined. Perfect for the Holidays- dress it up or down - tall boots would look great with this skirt. 96% cotton 3% spandex. The skirt has some stretch to it - the waistband is not stretchy.
