lmerrittaz@foxyaura The dress is meant to flow from the cowl neckline and it does! The inner - attached - slip dress does stretch, the floaty beaded fairy dress flows over the top of the slip dress.

lmerrittaz@foxyaura It is really pretty. The beaded outer gown doesn't stretch. I measured at the back because the cowl neckline adds some extra fabric and might give your girls some breathing room.
