Pleated Long-Sleeve Black and White/Cream Polka Dot Fit and Flare Dress Medium

Romantic and flowy retro long-sleeved dress with delicate polka dot print and double collar detail. The waist stretches, and while laid flat the waist measurement is 13", the display mannequin waist is 31.5". The long bishop sleeves end with snakeskin-texture cuffs with small, easy snaps to close. The dress body has an opaque lining, while the lightweight pleated material is more transparent. There are belt loops on either side of the dress to accessorize, or enhance the vintage silhouette.
