These black patent Cesare Paciotti are a rare find in this condition . They have a 5.5" stiletto heel
and a 1.5" platform . Red insoles .They have a caged look that comes up to the ankle and a short zipper on the back of each shoe for added detail and better fit . These are vintage 2015 and were over 1000$ retail . Please see photos . I tried to show all signs of wear . Minimal flaws and great condition . A sexy elegant dress shoe .
