These black patent Cesare Paciotti are a rare find in this condition . They have a 5.5" stiletto heel and a 1.5" platform . Red insoles .They have a caged look that comes up to the ankle and a short zipper on the back of each shoe for added detail and better fit . These are vintage 2015 and were over 1000$ retail . Please see photos . I tried to show all signs of wear . They look even better live !

purses19 Yes they are true to size I vary depending on brands but I am a true 7.5 and they fit perfectly I can't walk in heels anymore 😭😭if you've liked them before you'll see I am taking 10 percent off my closet today .. just in case you hadn't liked them before that's what I can take off .. 10 per cent they are so pretty 😍 I still like looking at them sad my heel days are over 😢..,
