NWT Disturbia Lichen chiffon blouse sz US2 - Black and green mixed like subtle tie dye effect with ruffle lining up front and wispy flowy sleeves to give it that delicate fairy look. The band below the bust has stretch to it so you can take it on and off easily. But I would say disturbia’s sizing is pretty accurate and is a true US2 Ptp 17” Waist (where the stretchy band is located) 12” Can’t remember when this was purchased but I can’t see myself wearing this nowadays.
