No Size Tag my guess would be it could fit a small or a medium mans shirt **PLEASE SEE MEASUREMENTS DOWN BELOW** It is a white base with a plaid pattern of blue, red and light beige. Note the nice yokes on both the front and back of the shirt, classic and quality western design. Very pretty white pearl snaps. Extra detail with the double yoked pockets. I consider this shirt to be in excellent used condition showing no evidence of wear and no damage.
