Happy to help as best as I can! Not sure where to start the exact measurement, but it’s at least 9 from top of crotch to waist but I believe it’s 9.5. If you take a look at the Fleo site for el toro leggings in bounce they are advertised as high rise. Please let me know if I can share anything else!
