Gorgeous Red Dress with Fringe

Beautiful plus size long red dress with fringe. This dress is so nice, especially when you spin. Please understand that this is a standard mannequin with a plus size dress on it. I should’ve pinned the dress, to show that when you wear it, it does not go down that low on the back. This is not an open back to the waist stress it just goes across your back.
