Blue velvet heavy gold embroidery Lehenga Choli

Velvet, deep blue lehenga choli with intricate, heavy gold embroidery. Perfect for sangeet or receptions. Purchased on Poshmark for a wedding, but choli just slightly too small across shoulders for me. Top: About 35” around bottom, 1” excess inside on each side and under each arm for extra allowance. Skirt: About 38” around waist, with tie to tighten. Note zipper is missing and would need to be replaced. Length to floor is 43”
