its milla blue tulle ball gown dress w/ train sleeveless corset bodice S small

Dress is marked size Small but please view the measurements. It was worn in the photo shoot above but not worn out to an event. It has a lace up corset bodice that is stiff and the skirt is very full and has a train. Measurements are provided in photos. Please note that the waist measurement has a gap in the middle due to the stiffness of the bodice that I could not close to measure. So the waist measurement is larger than the bodice. There are 2 measurements for the dress up and down. The shorter is from the bodice bottom to the hem. The second is from the highest point on the chest to the hem.
