Vintage baby dress from 1980s. Clearly high end at the time with hand-embroidered smocking in a blue bead shape. Button down front. Large generous sash for a nice big bow in the back. Sleeve and collar have picot trim. There is no size tag. I’m estimating 18-24 months.
