Van Heusen floral print ruffle front blouse

Button front and mandarin style collar. Pleating and ruffled on front were difficult to capture in photos. Background color is called wine and to my eye is a very deep plum shade. Fabric is a woven chiffon over a wine colored lining. Length is approx 23.5 inches and bust approx 41.5 inches.
