lisasp367 PSA! Mine was a FAKE. QR codes would not scan, and the painting on the teeth was terrible. If this happens to you, take pics, do not accept the order, and file a claim immediately. I did and PM support quickly resolved it. My advice, if you want to ensure you get an AUTHENTIC Labubu, purchase from a seller who can show POP from Pop Mart. If this seller is getting these from China, that could be the issue.
