PerSeption Concept Blouse Size: L Abstract pattern with black, white, green, blue and teal Scoop neck blouse with “keyhole” top 3/4 sleeves with strap and button Made in Vietnam 95% polyester, 5% spandex Care Instructions: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. To be honest I have machine washed this on a gentle/hand wash cycle and hung dry and it has held up nicely Used condition - it has been washed several times. There is a small snag in the fabric but it does not impact the function of the top. This would be nice for an office look (black slacks or skirt) or for a night out. Comes from a smoke-free, dog-friendly home. I do not wear perfume. Cross-posted across multiple platforms.
