This is a Brian Lichtenberg collection shirt from his label BLTEE. This particular print was called "Anna Bones" featuring a skull and crossbones version of Anna Wintour. Shirt has a small pinhole in the neck as pictured above.
I purchased this shirt from the Kitson brick-and-mortar store in Los Angeles before they all closed down in 2016.
The item was marketed as a unisex shirt, but it does run a little small. Please read the measurements.
