New in Box Palladium Women's White Pallabase Twill Size 7.5 Combat Boots

Brand new in box with tags. On the left shoe the one end of the shoelace does have a black scuff mark on it but I’m not sure why. They came like that. I don’t think it would be noticeable when wearing them but I still wanted to point it out
