Can you say more about the condition of this jacket? Also is that a tie at the waist?

Overall good condition. No visible cracking. Slight natural creasing around the neckline and sleeves (normal for leather/pleather and not a defect). Some surface dirt that can easily be clean. I’ll clean it as much as I can before shipping it. It’s just needs some TLC.
