Fantastc Vintage handmade Poodle Skirt Costume Circle with Appliquéd White faux fur Poodle and sparkly gold Leash. No fabric info, but feels like cotton twill. Soft, medium weight. Waist measures 15" flat, has side zip and velcro closure, so could go up an inch or so in waist.
