Fascinator/hat, glove, necklace & earring set. New, never worn. Nice enough to wear to a wedding or event but you could use it as a costume as well! It is stored in a plastic so the feathers can be fluffed for the full effect! The fascinator can be clipped onto hair (or anything else for that matter) or clipped onto the head band and worn that way. The hat is navy and the gloves are a black mesh type fabric. The jewelry looks nice in person. It's really a nice set.
