aat9 I sold a Chelsea soccer one similar to this. I hope sharing it will help you sell yours. I really like this, but I need to eliminate a lot and can't buy anything! Downsizing two properties into one was very difficult -still working on it.

angmorse @amt920 Thank you for sharing I truly appreciate that. I understand downsizing as well we will be moving south later this year so soon I’ll be doing live shows with very low starts just to not have to move so much inventory! Thanks again
