Halloween Costume - Sailor

This is an open back halter mini dress made from a real vintage XL Sailor shirt. It has a 3" wide attached red satin ribbon in the back that adjusts the waistline of the dress to whatever size is needed, form fit or loose fit. Dress accomodates any size Small to medium/large. Included: Dress, 3" blue detachable satin ribbon that goes around the neck to tie a front bow or tie knot Open back hat used to open or close to whatever size needed and pinned on with bobby pins It was worn a long time ago for less than an hour for a photoshoot.
