Totally 80s / early 90s vintage Dawn Joy peplum dress. Black with white abstract scribbles pattern. Peplum style tiered skirt. Roughly knee length with slit in back. Zipper back. Short sleeves. Modesty panel with v-neck. Statement padded shoulders. Size 9. Shown on a size 2 - 4 mannequin. Good preowned condition. One of the shoulder pads is misshapen from storage. 20" pit to pit laid flat. 13.5" waist, flat. 42" length from shoulder to hem.
