2Kit+Lili dresses with empire waists and flared bottoms, both are 100% cotton, are lined and measure 17 inches from pit to pit. These are beautiful dresses, two of my favorites. 1 Gap Kids drop waist dress with tiered ruffle bottom and balloon sleeves. Fabric is 100% polyester and has a sheen, making it seem a bit more dressy. The color is charcoal with a lavender sheen and paisley print. It’s a very pretty dress. It is in perfect condition with the exception of a tear in the lining in the back-it is not visible unless you turn the dress inside out. See pics.
