Looks like a necklace when worn as mesh fades into matching skin. This ties with one other dress as my favorite dress of all time, but I never even wore this one. I didn't even have a plan for where to wear it when I bought it, I just had to have it. And I don't even regret buying it. Having hang in my closet has brought me joy every time I see it (though the garment bag, of course).
