I have no idea if this is vintage or not but I've had her a long time. She's multi colored woven type material and leather trimmed. She's so roomy to be a small bag. No crossbody strap but if I happen to find it, I'll let you know. She has 3 compartments inside. A zip pocket in the middle and then the 2 sides. She's used but super clean. Her handles show some wear but it gives her character.
