I'm wondering why you used it only once, then kept it, instead of returning it for a refund? Also why, if you could not return it, you have held onto it for so long? What is the reason why you boxed it up after 1 use, bad coffee, difficult to use, etc?

@colettesmith555 my mother did not return it in time to get a cash refund. It was a gift from my dad. She asked him to do it, and he didn’t Most likely she did not return it because he wouldn’t do it for her and that made her mad. Just being honest. He purchased it for her birthday present. It’s been sitting in their house so I took it and now I’m trying to sell it
