Seiko Gold-Toned Quartz Watch Vintage

Seiko Gold Stainless Quartz Watch with Finesse USA 10mm 1/20 10kt Gold-Filled Vintage Mesh Cocktail Watch Band This is a vintage Seiko Dolce quartz watch with a gold-colored, octagonal case and a textured dial. Rare style. It doesn’t currently work, but I haven’t tried replacing the battery. There is some tarnishing on the band near the watch face (see pics). Otherwise very good condition. I believe there is a small chip on the watch face but I can only see it when zooming in on the picture (see pics) not when I look at the watch. Does not impact use and isn’t jagged or chipped to the touch
