Anthropologie Somerset velvet maxi dress, in deep green. Forgiving XXS, I have worn a couple times for holiday parties, but the dress is a little tighter under my arms and across top back than I prefer (5'2" 130lb). Elastic waist relaxed is about 12 inches, expanded is about 17 inches, see photos for reference!
