Arnel's started in 1953 in Beaverton, Oregon, making high quality ceramic molds and finished wares. In the ceramics community and the rest of the world the most famous are the Arnel's Mushrooms. The canister set is likely the most recognized. This is a large ceramic divided Arnel's mushrooms canister/Cookie Jar with 4 sections, a lid, and an underplate. It is in good condition. There are a few chips on the interior rim of the largest container. There are a few pinpoint nicks on the outside of the container. See pictures. It is 12 inches wide by about 11 inches tall. What better retro piece to add to your collection than one of the classic mushrooms. It is very attractive and would make a great addition to the retro kitchen.
