Gorgeous electric green tartan with black and red accents. Wrap style with faux leather clasp at waist and oversized pin to secure at the back. This was gifted to me by a friend (which she wore to Scottish events in Montreal in the 70s and 80s). Was originally full-length and hemmed to be more wearable every day. Excellent vintage condition, with no holes or pulling. The waist is adjustable, but would best fit a XS-S.
