Beautiful classic piece from Tiffany & Co. Uniquely designed by Elsa Peretti, one of her signature pieces. This bine cuff is the small width in a medium size. Please see the size chart. This cuff measures from the outside 5.76" around with opening. I can normally wear up to a 7.5 cuff or bracelet on my wrist comfortably. I hope this helps. Cuff comes with the original pouch and a Tiffany box from a bangle I purchased, I don't use or need. Price is firm due to it being in excellent condition. All it needs is a good polish.
