Vintage condition, there is a vintage smell to it. I purchased it from Japan last year and washed and cleaned it but the smell is lingering and I am not personally sure how to help it so this is for someone who is able to figure it out. Wrinkled appearance due to me washing it— I believe steaming the fabric will flatten it out. Haven’t used it personally after purchase but should be clean. Hard to find old style
