Generous shawl collar, velvet covered buttons, and a full skirted bottom that dips about 8 inches in the back. Rayon, Nylon and Lycra blend. shagey@mollycirk According to the Blue Fishing sizing chart, a size 1 can fit up to a size 16. However, their sizing is not set in stone and can vary piece to piece. This jacket is a more fitted piece with narrow arms. The fabric does stretch a bit. I, personally, have never worn or washed this jacket. It is not NWT, and I did not buy it as NWT either. I can say there are no weird smells/stains/tears/ holes on the jacket. Thanks for your interest!

shagey@eclecticsage I just added two more photos of the arm measurements - I am at my max photo allotment so the last photo of the narrowest part of sleeve didn’t make it. The measurements are 4 1/2” - so about 9” in diameter. Hope this helps!

shagey@nicholew29 Blue Fish sizing can vary greatly depending on the cut/style of the garment. For this coat, as it’s a more fitted cut yet a stretchy fabric, I would say 10-14 in typical US sizes.
