@onthechanggang without being home to measure the XS, the Size S is 28 inch elastic waist 24 inch inseam 18 inch chest on front fabric. Tie back allows for extra inches. 22 inch arms. I can measure tonight.

it's tough for me to measure due to the garment's style, but as per website, all xs are designed to fit a 30”-34" chest, 24"- 26" waist, and
34"- 36" hip
