I removed the tag (itchy) but wore comfortably as a ten, little tighter as a 12 but still looked good. 17" pit to pit. 38" shoulder to hem. The sleeves will hit above the wrist with a cute flare. Not lined, but, doesn't need to be. Machine washable. I hung dry. Enjoy this delightful little wonder in excellent condition!
