It’s actually very good for your body and health to walk as low to ground and and with the less amount of man made materials separating you. These still have the Orthalite insoles so will be comfy. They are men’s size 9 so a Woman’s 10.5 and I believe toms may run a little small not sure just want to mention so maybe google or just make sure before purchasing. Toms are older and used to be so popular back in the 2015-2018 times from what I remember.
