NWOT Cider Blue and White Floral Dress, Tie Straps, Smocked Back, sz 1XL

This ultra-feminine dress from Cider features a pretty toile print with citrus fruit in a bright cobalt blue on an ivory background. The tie straps add flexibility and flair, a hidden side zip ensures a smooth silhouette, and the smocked back bodice offers comfort and stretch (the fabric is 100% polyester). I’m the original owner and never wore this outside of trying it on inside the house, so it is Like New. Measures 19” underarm to underarm, 35” L shoulder to hem.
