Frank Olive (1929–1995) was a prominent American milliner known for his high-quality, whimsically sophisticated hats, which were worn by celebrities and sold in luxury department stores. After starting his own hat boutique in the 1950s, he expanded to wholesale production, creating hats under various labels including "Frank Olive" and "Frank's Girl". During the 1960s, when hats became less common, he supplied hats to designers like Oscar de la Renta and Pauline Trigère to complement their collections.
