Here's a very nice dress by Flygo ! Fabric is cotton/poly. The top is comparable to a sweatshirt fabric, the skirt portion is a silky feel. Pullover style, no zippers or buttons, it DOES have a toggle waistband you adjust to your waist on each side (see pic). PLEASE READ MEASUREMENTS. Bustline stretches from 26" to 27.25" across. Waist stretches from 20" to 27" across. Length of dress from shoulder to hem is 35.5".
