Pretty small white roses dance across the black background of this dress. The bodice is smocked all the way around giving stretch and detail. Puff gathered short sleeves create more detailing. Thin fabric but not see through. Size 3X. 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. Machine wash. this comes from a pen smoke free home and is in excellent condition only worn a few times.
