Absolutely, I’ll measure it when i get home from work. I bought this hat last year at Wimbledon. It’s never been worn. :)

So it’s about 21 inches. But it’s more of an oval. There’s an elastic lining. I have a small head and my friend i was there with has a large head. We both got the same hat and it’s fit us both. This one says it’s a size Small
